You heard right, everyone's favorite gambling referee is back in the news. This time, for going back into jail for violation of probation. Donaghy had been released from prison in June to a halfway house. Apparently Tim missed work this week which was a violation of his probation and sent back into prison. His attorney, of course, has a great excuse for the absence. John Lauro told ESPN.com "He has been working and obeying all the rules, but he has a very, very bad knee problem that needs surgery. He was beaten up in jail by a guy that claimed he was angry at Tim for cooperating. The guy beat him up pretty bad with a pipe, busted up his knee. He needs surgery."
Imagine that, someone hated this weasel enough to kick his ass in jail. Amazing. We'll see where this one goes but for now good ole Timmy boy is back in the slammer.
